Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes. You can meet with an LB expert online to discuss your style preferences, occasion needs, and wardrobe goals.
During this session, we’ll guide you through fabrics, design options, and measurement preparation.
What services do you offer?
We specialize in three areas of expertise:

How long does the process take?
Lead time depends on the service selected:

Bespoke suits: 6–8 weeks, including fittings.

Made-to-Measure suits: 4–6 weeks.

Alterations: Typically 5–10 business days.
We take pride in balancing efficiency with precision to ensure each garment meets our exacting standards.
What should I expect during my first appointment?
Your first appointment includes a consultation, fabric selection, and full measurement session. We’ll discuss your personal style, lifestyle needs, and the look you want to achieve.
Our goal is to craft a garment that complements your natural presence and enhances your confidence.
Do you keep client measurements on file?
Yes. Once your personal pattern is created, it remains securely on file for future commissions — making reorders and wardrobe expansions seamless.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, as well as bank transfers for bespoke orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We serve clients around the world and ship all finished garments via insured express carriers. Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Because each garment is made to your specifications, changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
After production begins, adjustments can only be made during the fitting stage.
What if my garment needs adjustment after delivery?
Every Lindsay Bespoke garment includes lifetime alteration support.
We will guide you through any adjustments needed to ensure your garment continues to fit perfectly as your body and lifestyle evolve.
How should I care for my suit?
We recommend professional dry-cleaning only when necessary and proper hanging on a structured wooden hanger.
Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and store in a breathable garment bag to preserve the fabric’s integrity.
