How do I work with Lindsay Bespoke?

We work on invitation-only basis.

Clients are welcomed either through a direct invitation or by introduction from an existing client.


How long does the process take?

  • 6–8 weeks, including fittings
  • Alterations: 5–10 business days

What if my garment needs adjustment after delivery?

Every Lindsay Bespoke garment includes lifetime alteration support. We will guide you through any adjustments to ensure your garment continues to fit perfectly as your body and lifestyle evolve.

Are rush orders available?

Yes. Expedited service is available upon request for clients who need their garments sooner, subject to schedule and fabric availability.

Do you offer rentals?

No. Lindsay Bespoke focuses exclusively on custom-made garments and does not offer rentals.

What is your return or refund policy?

Each garment is created specifically for you, so returns are not accepted. Instead, we offer various solutions to ensure your satisfaction, and your fit is supported for life through precise alterations and ongoing care. (This applies to bespoke and made-to-measure garments and does not include ready-to-wear or accessories.)

What are the options for returns or exchanges on ready-to-wear and accessories?

For ready-to-wear and accessories, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production and fabric allocation may already be in progress, and modifications might not be possible. 

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes. You can meet with us online to discuss your style preferences, wardrobe goals, and upcoming occasions. During this session, we’ll guide you through fabrics, design options, and measurement preparation.

What services do you offer?

We specialize in three areas of expertise:

  • Bespoke Suits – Entirely hand-patterned and crafted to your exact measurements.
  • Suit Alterations – Available for both Lindsay Bespoke garments and clients’ own suits.

What should I expect during my first appointment?

Your first appointment includes a full consultation, fabric selection, and detailed measurements. Together, we’ll define your personal style, lifestyle needs, and the impression you want to create.

Do you keep client measurements on file?

Yes. We keep your personal pattern on file for life, ensuring seamless reorders and future adjustments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We serve clients worldwide and ship all finished garments via insured express carriers. Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.

How should I care for my suit?

We recommend professional dry cleaning only when necessary, proper hanging on a structured wooden hanger, and storage in a breathable garment bag. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight to preserve fabric integrity.
